Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar um levantamento sobre o estado da arte da pesquisa sobre inovação em serviços no Brasil, comparando seu estágio atual de desenvolvimento ao da pesquisa internacional. Este esforço permite identificar as contribuições locais já realizadas e avaliá-las em contraponto aos avanços realizados internacionalmente. Além disso, permite encontrar os principais limites da pesquisa brasileira e os desafios que podem orientar a formação de uma agenda de pesquisa para os próximos anos.Downloads
