Este caso de ensino aborda as vantagens competitivas obtidas pelas pequenas e médias empresas com a participação em redes de cooperação, por meio da narração da história real de um mercado de gestão familiar que, com o passar dos anos, passou a integrar uma rede de cooperação. Com a sucessão da gestão do mercado, houve o questionamento acerca das vantagens e benefícios da associação com outras empresas, levando a nova gestão à indagação sobre a continuidade da participação nesta rede de cooperação. Os dados estudados foram obtidos por meio de observação direta e entrevistas com os gestores da empresa e da rede de cooperação.Downloads
