La influencia del intraemprendimiento en la aceleración de la transformación digital en el centro de operaciones de crédito de un banco

Resumen

Propósito del estudio: El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar cómo el intraemprendimiento aceleró la transformación digital en un centro de operaciones de crédito de un banco brasileño, vinculado a un laboratorio de innovación en Silicon Valley. Metodología/enfoque: El método de investigación fue el estudio de caso en profundidad y la técnica de análisis de datos fue el análisis de contenido. Resultados principales: Los resultados originales indicaron que el intraemprendimiento aceleró la transformación digital a través de la digitalización y digitalización de procesos, implementando y mejorando aplicaciones tecnológicas. Aportaciones teóricas/metodológicas: Los líderes alentaron el intraemprendimiento apoyando ideas creativas, utilizando metodologías ágiles e innovación digital, y mostrando que la rigidez en la aceptación de fallas y riesgos se puede superar. relevancia/originalidad: Concluimos que el intraemprendimiento puede acelerar innovaciones tecnológicas incrementales, en productos y procesos, para promover la transformación digital en el sector financiero. Contribuciones sociales/de gestión: También concluimos que la transformación digital puede avanzar significativamente desde el incentivo institucional al intraemprendimiento, la aceptación de fallas y riesgos, y la creación de polos de innovación conectados a redes tecnológicas internacionales. Estudios futuros pueden investigar soluciones intraemprendedoras para el sector bancario, basadas en banca abierta, inteligencia artificial y blockchain.
