De qué hablamos cuando nos referimos al emprendimiento humanizado?

Resumen

Objetivo: Detallar los fundamentos que sustentan el concepto de Emprendimiento Humanizado (HumEnt) y describir la evolución de los estudios sobre el tema. Problema: Al tratarse de un concepto novedoso, el HumEnt ha sido abordado desde aproximaciones diversas, lo que ha dificultado su comprensión y delimitación. Método: Se realizó una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura guiada por el protocolo PRISMA, utilizando Rayyan para la selección de estudios y Bibliometrix y VOSviewer para el análisis sistemático y bibliométrico. Se analizaron 32 artículos provenientes de Web of Science, Scopus, Emerald y ScienceDirect. Resultados principales: Los hallazgos indican que el HumEnt aún no presenta fronteras claramente definidas, pero evidencian su evolución y los temas asociados, como educación emprendedora, ecosistemas emprendedores, emprendimiento social, comunitario y creativo, además de críticas al modelo. También se identificaron debates sobre la influencia de la religión y la digitalización en el contexto del HumEnt. Contribuciones teóricas: Se ofrece una visión integrada y sistematizada del campo, contribuyendo a clarificar los contornos del concepto y su aplicabilidad en distintos contextos, así como una agenda para investigaciones futuras. Relevancia/Originalidad: El HumEnt emerge como una oportunidad para reflexionar sobre prácticas emprendedoras más humanizadas. Contribuciones sociales/gestión: El estudio puede incentivar estilos de gestión orientados al capital humano, social y ambiental, apoyar acciones gubernamentales alineadas con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible y, en Brasil y otros países del Sur Global, fortalecer el capital humano y promover el desarrollo económico y social.
