RADAR DA INOVAÇÃO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO DAS PRESTADORAS DE SERVIÇO DE BRASÍLIA/DF

A inovação tem surgido como estratégia de diferenciação e de aperfeiçoamento frente à grande competitividade que as Microempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte (MEs/EPPs[1]) enfrentam nos dias atuais. Nessa linha, o objetivo deste trabalho é mensurar o grau de inovação em ME/EPP do setor de serviços que participam do Programa Agentes Locais de Inovação (ALI) na Asa Norte, região central de Brasília/DF. A amostra utilizada neste estudo contempla trinta microempresas e empresas de pequeno porte que, focadas na exploração dos mais diversos segmentos, prestam serviços na Asa Norte do Plano Piloto, região central de Brasília/DF. A ferramenta utilizada para medir o grau de inovação da amostra foi o instrumento Radar da Inovação, originalmente concebido por Sawhney, Wolcott e Arroniz (2006). A pontuação do Radar varia de 1 a 5 para cada dimensão, sendo, no total, treze dimensões. O grau de inovação médio das organizações empresariais analisadas foi de 2,4, indicando que a inovação ainda é rudimentar na amostra selecionada. Das MEs/EPPs que obtiveram grau de inovação acima da média (2,5 pontos), é possível destacar Bares e Restaurantes (46%), Salões de beleza (15%) e Tecnologia (15%). Estas obtiveram os melhores resultados do total da população pesquisada. Esta pesquisa contribui no seu aspecto empírico por tratar de dados inéditos para um segmento de grande importância para a economia nacional.
